Description
This clinic will help intermediate skiers learn the seemingly evasive rhythm and timing of V2. Skiers will focus on their individual movement patterns and learn how to become more dynamic. Double poling and weight transfer will be explored, and participants will learn how these movements relate to V2. Skiers will work on balancing on one ski to help increase their glide time on each ski.
